Slip and Anti-block Masterbatches, are used to reduce the surface friction of films against themselves or other surfaces. Polymeric surfaces often have high friction, which can cause problems during production processes such as film winding, bag making, packaging operations, and mold release. Using slip/antiblock masterbatch helps to smooth the surface, improve film quality, reduce waste, decrease machinery wear, lower film-to-film adhesion, and facilitate the production process.
